So, yet again, I've missed week 13. I don't know what happens, as I plan ahead and have all the ingredients on hand, it's just that now that I'm a SAHM, I don't really keep track of what day of the week it is that well, so the days all meld together before I know it. I know that doesn't make much sense, but I also don't really know when I've showered last, so bear with me. I'm trying.Anyhow, this week was PW's Penne a la Betsy, a speciality of her little sister, Betsy. I didn't have penne on hand and used a different tube shaped pasta, which worked fine. I have to say that neither Eric nor I loved this dish; he probably liked it better than I did. It was just, well,...meh.
